September Program – Pamela Darney

It’s ironic that the image we have to share for Pam Darney’s Pennsylvania German sampler is in black-and-white, because anyone who knows Pam’s work knows that she is all about COLOR!.  In fact, color placement is the main focus of the class for this original design.  Stitchers will choose the location of their colors — from a wonderful palette of Gloriana silks in greens, blues, rusts, browns, gold, oranges and pinks.  Pam will also spend time during the class on the signature space and other customization.

Pam is a member of the Loudoun Sampler Guild.

The coupon for the project was included in the June/July Samplings  newsletter, and is due by August 1 to allow Pam to get the kits ready for the September 11 class.

The Loudoun Sampler Guild is a group of sampler enthusiasts based in northern Virginia. We meet monthly for lectures, needlework classes and workshops, and field trips.
